Britney Cooper

Britney Cooper

Despite being a key member of West Indies' batting unit, Britney Cooper will perhaps be remembered the most for scoring the winning runs as her team won the 2016 ICC Women's World Twenty20. The middle-order batswoman made her ODI and T20I debuts against South Africa in October 2009, picked by West Indies for the 2010 ICC Women's World Twenty20 less than a year later . Cooper also struck an important 61 against New Zealand in the semi-final of the ICC Women's World Twenty20 - a knock which won her the Player of the Match award and sealed West Indies' berth in the finals.

Cooper hit the winning runs of the 2016 ICC Women's World Twenty20 final against Australia.
